Room 3 really enjoyed taking part in the Butterfly Invasion last Friday in association with Deaf Aotearoa as part of NZSL (New Zealand Sign Language) Deaf Awareness Week. There were many questions and ideas about sign language and deaf awareness, and the children really enjoyed sharing the flight of the butterfly motif with their own chalk drawings on our back court!
