KOS puppet plays - sharing how we feel, being friendly, getting lost (and found)!

In Room 3 we know that how we are feeling is very important. When we share how we feel with others they can support us to keep feeling good or to feel better! This week we read the story "How are you peeling?", a funny fruit and vegetable illustrated book about how we might feel in different situations.

Then we thought about our OWN feelings. We made up short puppet plays to talk about our feelings with our friends. Thanks to Sarah (our super teacher aide!) who took these gorgeous photos of us and recorded some of our stories ...

Aliyah and Milla made up a great story about a lost dog and a helpful hedgehog ...

Ella, Lucy M, Lucy D and Nissi made up plays about getting lost and meeting helpful policemen ... they even talked about how important it is to know your own address and phone number!

Soon we will start making our puppet plays come to life in the digital world using the Sock Puppets application on our ipads!

  1. Thanks Room 3 for letting me be a part of your Puppet Plays, it was awesome hearing lots of great ideas and different voices with the various role plays. It was just as much a great experience for me as it was for you!
